The Wellington Performance Partners team is an authorized Everything DiSC coaching practitioner. The DiSC model provides behavioral assessments that give leaders and team members an intuitive way to understand themselves and others. DiSC is based on fifty years of assessment data from over 10 million individuals assessed. It is a scientifically valid and reliable assessment that ensures a high-quality, transformational learning experience.
The DiSC model gives participants a quick and intuitive way to understand themselves and others using DiSC – a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavior styles:
D – Dominance i – Influence S – Steadiness C – Conscientiousness
DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model. Using the assessment reports, coaching strategies and goals are developed to lift up the client’s leadership skills and outcomes through more enlightened awareness of their leadership strengths and blind spots as well as those of their team members.
Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles – with 1-3 styles standing out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile within the different styles and priorities. No one style is better or worse than another. Differences in individual styles can be extremely valuable in workplace settings.
